About The Why Not Theory

The Why Not Theory was born from the version of me that constantly hesitated. The one who liked to stay comfortable, overthought every little thing and asked "what if?" far more than "why not?" Apparently, without realising, this has shifted for me. I began to say yes more often to vacations, challenges and all this BEFORE feeling  fully prepared. Every time I have chosen 'going for it' over hesitation, without fail, something has changed for the better. 

This blog is for my fellow overthinkers and meticulous planners, standing right on the edge of self-discovery, wondering if it's worth the leap of faith to do the scary thing. I've been there, done that. And what did I learn? That peace of mind does not come before action, rather it comes because of action and acknowledging the fear or hesitation! 

The Why Not Theory is about choosing personal growth over your familiar comfort zone, unique experiences over fear and completeness over perfection.
